| This 24 hour Missouri POST certified course teaches basic as well as advanced breaching skills through classroom lecture and practical application. During this course students will develop tactical breach plans and participate in extensive breaching reconnaissance. Students will participate in several practical application exercises utilizing the following breaching methods; ram, pry bar, hydraulic and ballistic/shotgun. Also during this course the student will be taught an overview of explosive and exothermic breaching, safety protocol/standards, identification of locking mechanisms, identification of fortifications and innovative breaching techniques. | |
