Welcome to the Mid West Tactical, LLC (MWT) web site. The goal of this web site is to provide our clients and partners with comprehensive information about our products and services and may be used for informational purposes only. Please read this entire document carefully before continuing on with your use of the MWT web site.

1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as set forth below, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Cancellation and refund policy

• All tuition fees must be paid in advance to ensure a spot in the course unless otherwise approved by the director of training.  Full payment can be made on the first day of the course with approval of the director of training.
• Students can cancel any reservation and receive a full refund as long as notice is given at least 10 days before the course start date.
• If a student fails to attend a course the student will forfeit any and all tuition costs.
• Students may reschedule any course if notice is given within 7 days of the course start date.
• Courses are conducted during in climate weather such as rain, snow or heat.  Students are responsible to bring appropriate clothing for the weather.  MWT will conduct training unless the weather causes a safety hazard, in which case students may reschedule the course or apply tuition to a different course.
• Tuition is only refundable if MWT cancels a course for any reason other than the weather.

3. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the MWT web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. modify or copy the materials;
2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the MWT web site;
4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any otherserver.
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MWT at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on the MWT web site are provided "as is". MWT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. The materials appearing on the MWT web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MWT does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. MWT may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. MWT does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

MWT has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MWT of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Access to and use of password-protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.
